At The Shumi Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products remain in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
